用途：本機適用于各類動物排骨、冷凍骨肉等切成條、塊狀。廣泛應用于連鎖餐飲、肉食品加工廠、中央廚房等使用。

特性：整機全部采用不銹鋼材料加工制作，大型落地式鋸骨機，固定工作臺；可移開助推系統(tǒng)，按鈕控制；電機制動系統(tǒng)，電機保護系統(tǒng)，獨立可拆裝防護門裝置。
